The Total Kit Solution (TKS) has been created by using the same unique mandrel for both Match and Power kits across the whole range of poles.

We take it for granted that anglers know exactly where to cut the pole tips back to when fitting them with elastic. If the sections are cut back incorrectly and the incorrect PTFE bush is fitted, then it often leads to unnecessary pressure being applied to both the top kit and the pole.  This then often leads to the elastic not working correctly, or even breakages.

Being able to use the same mandrel across the range has enabled us to produce colour coded ‘cut marks’ on both Match tips and Power tips so the angler now knows exactly where the tip should be cut back to, and what size PTFE bush to fit to suit the correct elastic.
