 Although
Nash Tackle has established its reputation as the world's leading carp
company, when Kevin Nash began fishing in the late 1960s, he fished for carp
and tench in summer and roach or pike in winter. In those happy days, he
caught pike to 36lb and roach to 2lb 14oz, so specimen hunting is not new to
Kevin. It is more like a return to his roots.
Gary Bayes, the captor of Britain's first 60lb carp - and the brains behind
Nashbait - still targets just about every species that swims. Many of their
