They are 1m in length with spliced loops at either end. There is a piece of shrink tube over the splice to ensure there is no chance of it coming undone. The spliced loop at one end is slightly longer then the other to allow for a tail rubber and lead clip to be slid on as was well joining onto a swivel. That can be done by passing the spliced loop through one eye of the swivel and then passing it over the rest of the swivel.
At the other end we recommend tying a figure of eight loop in your mainline and joining onto the leader by passing the mainline loop through the small spliced loop and then passing the whole leader through the mainline loop.
