PAYMENT TERMS We accept all major credit and debit cards on line. If you wish to pay by cheque place your order on line and post the cheque to us with your name, address and contact number along with a photocopy of both sides of your credit card, if you can't send a copy of your credit card please allow 7 working days for cheque to clear.

Small items which must be enveloped sized and weigh less than 500g and be less than £80 in value - £3.50
3 Plus Working Days - £6.00
Next Working Day - £8.00

For international postage rates please contact us to negotiate a price. 

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering anything over 6ft e.g. rods, poles, brollies as part or all of your order you must select Next Working Day Delivery / Rod Order option when checking out, we will add the correct postage rate to your order if the wrong rate has been selected. Also if you are ordering more than one large item this may also have to go with our next day carrier.

BACKORDERS If an item is not in stock we can put it on backorder. However, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

RETURNS We will not be held responsible for the cost of any returns. In case of faulty products please contact Climax Tackle immediately. All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, and damaged parcels must be signed as damaged at time of delivery. When returning goods for a refund after 1 month there will be a 25% handling charge deducted from all refunds.
